RESOLUTION NO. 23-08 REAUTHORIZING THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE\nCITY’S COMMISSIONS TO IMPLEMENT TELECONFERENCE ACCESSIBILITY\nFOR CONDUCTING PUBLIC MEETINGS PURSUANT TO ASSEMBLY BILL 361\nResolution No. 23-08 makes findings that allow the City to continue\nimplementation of teleconference/internet-based accessibility for public\nmeetings under state-of-emergency provisions. There is no fiscal impact related\nto this item.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 23-08 regarding\nthe use of teleconference for public meetings.
