Los Angeles County Water Plan\nRecommendation: Adopt the County Water Plan, including all appendices;\nauthorize the Director of Public Works to update and/or revise the County\nWater Plan, including all appendices, consistent with the targets and strategies\nof the County Water Plan, as the Director deems necessary or appropriate to\nadvance the vision of the County Water Plan, and consistent with the\nrequirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and\nnegotiate, enter into and amend agreements with partner agencies to\ncollaboratively advance the County Water Plan; and find that the recommended\nactions are not a project under CEQA and are exempt and not subject to CEQA.\n(Department of Public Works) APPROVE (23-4273)
