2.H. METRO CONTRACT AMENDMENTS [N.\nMARICICH, F. CONTRERAS, D. FENN]:\nThe City Council will consider authorizing\namendments to the Agreements for Services\nwith Jones Lang LaSalle Americas Inc. (JLL)\nand Emerson & Associates for Phase 2 of the\nCity’s Funding and Project Delivery Strategy\nStudy and predevelopment planning and\npolicy support related to upcoming project\nmilestones on the Northern Extension of the\nMetro Crenshaw/LAX Line.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve\nAmendment No. 4 to the Agreement for\nServices with Jones Lang LaSalle Americas\nInc. (JLL) to extend the contract term by an\nadditional 12 months and increase the amount\nof the agreement by $35,000, utilizing\nMeasure M local return transportation funds,\nfor a total not-to-exceed amount of $253,375\nto facilitate Phase 2 of JLL's portion of the\nCity's Funding and Project Delivery Strategy\nStudy; and 2) Approve Amendment No. 11 to\nthe Agreement for Services with Emerson &\nAssociates to extend the contract term by an\nadditional 12 months and increase the amount\nof the agreement by $150,000, utilizing\nMeasure M local return transportation funds,\nfor a total not-to-exceed amount of $1,595,000\nto provide ongoing project support for the next\nphase of the project and related legislative\nefforts, interagency negotiations, and funding\npursuits.\nSTAFF REPORT
