2.I. REQUEST TO ENTER INTO A MILLS ACT\nCONTRACT FOR THE PROPERTY\nLOCATED AT 1017 HANCOCK AVENUE [N.\nMARICICH, J. ALKIRE, A. CASTILLO, R.\nRATH]:\nThe applicant is requesting approval of a Mills\nAct Contract to rehabilitate the property that is\na designated Cultural Resource of the City of\nWest Hollywood located at 1017 Hancock\nAvenue. This action is categorically exempt\nfrom further environmental review pursuant to\nCEQA Guidelines Section 15331 for the\nrehabilitation of historical resources in a\nmanner consistent with the Secretary of the\nInterior’s Standard.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve the Mills\nAct Contract between the City of West\nHollywood and the owner of the property\nlocated at 1017 Hancock Avenue; and 2)\nAuthorize the City Manager or designee to\nexecute documents incident to the Agreement.\nSTAFF REPORT
