4. 1) Approve the Agreement with the Municipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC) for\nsharing consultant costs for completion of initial Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR)\nLead Service Line Inventory in the amount of $160,070; and 2) Grant the Public –\nPresentation by Mark Sprague, Field Services Manager Page 30\nRecommended Action: Staff is requesting City Council approval of Alternative No. 1 to 1)\napprove the Agreement with the Municipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC) for\nsharing consultant costs for completion of initial Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR)\nLead Service Line Inventory in the amount of $160,070; and 2) grant the Public Works Director\nthe authority to approve additional work that may be needed to achieve compliance up to an\naggregate contingency amount of $50,000.
