H.4. REVIEW AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF PUBLIC ART REQUEST FOR\nFUNDING APPLICATION –PATRICK BARWINSKI CRC MURAL (Report by:\nParks & Community Services)\nRecommendations: That the City Council:\n1. Receive and file the artist presentation; and\n2. Review and consider approval of Public Art Request for Funding\nApplication from Patrick Barwinski for the creation and installation of a\n2,835 square foot mural at the Moreno Valley Conference &\nRecreation Center (CRC); and\n3. Authorize Executive Director and or its designee to enter into an\nagreement for services with the approved applicant and submit a\nbudget adjustment request to utilize funding from DIF Public Art Fund\n2916.
