RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MORENO VALLEY SERVING AS THE\nSUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT\nAGENCY OF THE CITY OF MORENO VALLEY APPROVING THE\nRECOGNIZED OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND\nADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET FOR THE PERIOD OF JULY 1, 2024\nTHROUGH JUNE 30, 2025 (ROPS 24-25) (RESO. NO. SA 2023-XX) (Report\nof: Financial & Management Services)\nRecommendations: That the City Council as Successor Agency:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. SA 2023-XX. A Resolution of the City Council of\nthe City of Moreno Valley, California, serving as Successor Agency to\nthe Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moreno Valley\nApproving the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule and\nAdministrative Budget for the Period of July 1, 2024 through June 30,\n2025 (ROPS 24-25) and Authorizing the City Manager acting for the\nSuccessor Agency or his/her Designee to Make Modifications Thereto;\nand\n2. Authorize the City Manager acting for the Successor Agency or his\nDesignee to make modifications to the Schedule; and\n3. Authorize the transmittal of the ROPS 24-25, for the period of July 1,\n2024 through June 30, 2025 (“Exhibit A”), including Administrative\nBudget (“Exhibit B”) for the said period, to the Countywide Oversight\nBoard for County of Riverside for review and approval.
