4. Consideration and possible action to amend the Preserve Trails Plan to\ninclude a new trail within the Lay Reserve and approve donor recognition trail\npilasters. (Lozano) (15 mins)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve “Plumtree Trail” as the official name of the new\ntrail traversing the Lay Reserve; 2) Approve the trail route and\npedestrian/equestrian user designation for the Plumtree Trail traversing the\nLay Reserve; and, 3) Approve the size, location, and design of four donor\nrecognition pilasters along Seascape, Golden Cove, Landslide Scarp, and\nLunada Canyon Trails within the Palos Verdes Nature Preserve to recognize\n$100,000-level donations received by the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land\nConservancy (PVPLC).\nAgenda Report
