7. Adoption of Resolution No. 2023-1452 and No. 2023-1453, Approving the\nSubmittal of Two Improvement Projects to the Orange County\nTransportation Authority for Funding Under the Competitive Measure M2\nRegional Capacity and Traffic Signal Synchronization Programs\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 2023-1452, approving the submittal of the Crown\nValley Parkway Westbound Widening Project to the Orange County\nTransportation Authority (OCTA) for funding under the competitive Measure\nM2 Regional Capacity Program (Project O); and,\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 2023-1453, approving the submittal of the Alicia\nParkway Traffic Signal Synchronization Project to OCTA for funding under\nthe competitive Measure M2 Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization\nProgram (Project P).
