CONDUCT the First Reading of Ordinance No. XXXX and Introduce\nthe Ordinance amending Sections 9.02.020, 9.03.040, 9.03.055,\n9.03.070, 9.03.080, 9.05.040, 9.14.100, and 9.09.170 of Title 9 of the\nMoreno Valley Municipal Code to provide updates consistent with new\nState Law and Housing and Community Development (HCD)\nrequirements, streamline Code requirements to provide flexibility and\nclarity regarding existing requirements, and provide for other minor\nclarifications and clean-up items.
