2. Consideration and possible action to receive a report from Southern California\nEdison (SCE) regarding frequent power outages in the Grandview Estates\nneighborhood. (Villalpando) (15 mins)\nRecommendation: 1) Receive and file a progress update from Southern\nCalifornia Edison (SCE) on addressing frequent power outages in the\nGrandview Estates neighborhood; and, 2) If deemed acceptable, consider\nSCE's request to defer their next detailed progress report to June 2024\ncontingent upon SCE's commitment to address any emergent issues promptly\nif they arise before the scheduled update and in coordination with the City\nManager.\nAgenda Report
