H. Consideration and possible action to award a professional services agreement\nto CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP for independent financial auditing services of the\nCity’s Measure W (Safe, Clean Water Program) Fund. (Hevener)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve an additional appropriation of $15,400 from\nMeasure W funds for independent audit services; 2) Award a professional\nservices agreement to CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP for financial auditing services of\nthe City’s Measure W Fund in an amount up to $22,050 with a 15%\ncontingency of $3,307 for a total contract amount of up to $25,400 and a term\nending on June 30, 2024 with an extension up to 90 days; and, 3) Authorize\nthe Mayor to execute the agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
