COVID-19 Information Technology Sole-Source Service Contract\nAmendments\nRecommendation: Approve and authorize the Director of Public Health to\nexecute two sole source contract amendments with HSO Enterprise Solutions,\nLLC and Accenture LLP, for the continued provision of COVID-19 Information\nTechnology services to extend the term and increase the amount by $875,300,\nfrom $4,413,040 to $5,288,340, effective January 1, 2024 through June 30,\n2024, funded by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Epidemiology and\nLaboratory Capacity for Infectious Diseases Assistance Listing Number 93.323;\nand authorize the Director to take the following actions: (Department of Public\nHealth) APPROVE (NOTE: The Acting Chief Information Officer recommends\napproval of this item.)\nExecute amendments to the contracts that extend the term through\nDecember 31, 2024, at amounts determined by the Director, allow a\nno-cost extension to the term through June 30, 2025, provide an\nincrease or decrease in funding up to 10% above or below the maximum\ncontract amount, make corresponding service adjustments, as\nnecessary, and make revisions to the statement of work; and\nImmediately suspend the contract(s) upon issuing a written notice to\ncontractors who fail to perform and/or fully comply with program\nrequirements, terminate the contract(s) for convenience by providing a\n30-calendar day advance written notice to the contractors, and accept\nvoluntary contract termination notices from contractors.
