21. Broadcast, Management, and Production Services Contract\nExecutive Officer of the Board’s Recommendation: Authorize the Executive\nOfficer of the Board to award and execute a contract with Pegasus Studios, to\nprovide broadcast, management and production services for televising meetings\nof the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors and related services, for an\nannual contract amount of $3,175,000, and an aggregate contact amount of\n$33,337,500, for a term of eight years, plus two one-year and six\nmonth-to-month extension options, for a maximum total contract term of 10\nyears and six months, effective upon Board approval; exercise the extension\noptions in accordance with the recommended contract, execute applicable\namendments to the contract to make necessary changes which affect the\nstatement of work, add/delete services and/or features to existing services,\nand/or revise the terms and conditions to align with Board policy changes and\ndirectives, and execute applicable contract amendments should the original\ncontracting entity merge, be acquired, or otherwise have a change of entity;\nand by written notice to the contractor, increase the maximum contract amount\nby up to 10% of the not-to-exceed contract amount annually.
