AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 7 FOR TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES\nStaff recommends City Council approve:\na. assignment of Reggie Greene from Willdan Engineering to service the contract in the capacity as\nDeputy Traffic Engineer; and\nb. Amendment No. 7 to the Willdan Agreement extending the term through June 30, 2024 to continue\nproviding traffic engineering services; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment on\nbehalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
