A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES\nThe City Council is requested to review and approve:\n1. The Minutes of the Special City Council Meeting of January 10, 2023;\n2. The Minutes of the Special City Council Meeting of January 17, 2023;\n3. The Minutes of the Regular City Council Meeting of January 17, 2023; and\n4. The Minutes of the Special City Council Meeting of January 25, 2023.\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve the Minutes of the City Council Meetings; and\n2. Find that approval of the City Council Minutes is not a “Project” as defined\nunder Section 15378 of the California Environmental Quality Act State\nGuidelines; therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3) no\nenvironmental review is required.
