Proclaiming December 7, 2023, as “Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day”\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Horvath: Proclaim December 7,\n2023, as “Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day” throughout Los Angeles County\nand urge all citizens to participate in ceremonies honoring the Americans who\nwere killed and wounded in the attack and served at Pearl Harbor; and direct all\nflags throughout the County be flown at half-staff in honor of the American\npatriots who died as a result of their service at Pearl Harbor.
