TELECONFERENCE MEETINGS\nPossible Board action in accordance with Government Code section 54953 (e)(1) and (e)(3).\nFind that the COVID-19 state of emergency remains active and state and local officials have imposed or\nrecommended risk reduction measures. Los Angeles is currently reporting lower COVID-19 cases and\nhospitalizations, yet deaths remain consistently high. The predominant COVID-19 sub-variants remain\nprevalent and have higher transmissibility with the ability to reinfect those who were infected with other\nvariants. In accordance with AB 361, this Board has reconsidered the circumstances of the state of\nemergency and determined that it continues to directly impact the ability of members and the public to\nmeet safely in person.
