ST-2021-01; NOTICE INVITING BIDS 24-017CA\nThat the City Council:\na. Approve the Construction Contract with All American Asphalt for the Citywide\nStreet Pavement Rehabilitation Project, No. ST-2021-01, in the amount of\n$14,236,116.\nb. Adopt Plans and Specifications for the Citywide Street Pavement Rehabilitation\nProject, No. ST-2021-01, Notice Inviting Bids 24-017CA.\nc. Award Notice Inviting Bids 24-017CA to All American Asphalt, the lowest\nresponsive, responsible bidder, for the total bid amount of $14,236,116, and\nwaive any and all minor irregularities in the bidding document as submitted by\nthe said bidder.\nd. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Construction\nContract with All American Asphalt in the amount of $14,236,116, including any\nnon-substantive extensions, change orders, purchase orders, and amendments\nup to $1,423,612 which is equivalent to 10%.\ne. Authorize a budgetary transfer in the amount of $405,328 from the Airport\nAgenda\nFacilities Improvement Capital Improvement Project No. FC-2022-07 to the\nCitywide Street Pavement Rehabilitation Capital Improvement Project No. ST-\n2021-01 within the Airport Fund 275.\nf. Authorize an appropriation in the amount of $144,778 from the Airport Fund 275\nto the Citywide Street Pavement Rehabilitation Capital Improvement Project No.\nST-2021-01.\ng. Authorize a budgetary transfer in the amount of $300,000 from the In-Pavement\nIllumination Crosswalk Operating and Maintenance Project No. 76240 to the\nCitywide Street Pavement Rehabilitation Capital Improvement Project No. ST-\n2021-01 within the Street and Traffic Signals Fund 211.
