ESTABLISH and APPROVE the proposed Board of Public Works Holiday\nand Recess Schedule for Calendar Year 2024.\nJOINT REPORT(S)\n(6)\nBPW­2023­0700\nBOS + BCA\nCD ALL\nPERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT – LEGACY BY­PRODUCTS, L.L.C., – DEAD\nANIMAL PROCESSING AND RECOVERY SERVICES\nRecommending the Board:\n1. APPROVE and FORWARD this report with transmittals to the Mayor and\nCity Council with the request that the Board of Public Works (Board) be\nauthorized to execute a sole source personal services contract with Legacy\nBy­Products, L.L.C. for animal carcass processing and recovery services.\nThe term of the proposed agreement shall be five years from the date of\nexecution, with one option to renew for five additional years for a total of 10\nyears; and\n2.
