10. Funding Assistance For the Baldwin Park Eastside Little League Youth\nOrganization- To Reopen Following Temporary Closure Due to Covid-19\nImpacts\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Find that it is in the City’s best interest to provide financial support\nto the Baldwin Park Eastside Little League to resume operations and\nprovide valuable youth sports services to our community.\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate $13,000 from\nanticipated potential savings from the America Rescue Plan Act\n(ARPA) Funds, Account No. 275-50-755-58100-55026, allocated to\nthe Toilet Replacement Program, and to make necessary funding\nadjustments.\n3. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer and the Director of Finance to\nissue a check to Eastside Little League for the amount of $13,000.\n4. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to make any technical\nadjustments to carry out the direction of the City Council.
