6. Accept Grant Award from Foothill Transit for the Bus Stop Enhancement\nProgram (BSEP)\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve to accept Foothill Transit’s Bus Stop Enhancement\nProgram’s (BSEP) Grant in the amount of $40,000; and\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement with Foothill Transit;\nand\n3. Authorize the Director of Public Works to finalize all associated\ndocuments with the grant; and\n4. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate grant funds and\nmake necessary changes to the budget.
