7. Request Appropriation of Funds for Utilities at Ezperanza Villa and\nSerenity Homes\nIt is recommended that the City Council to:\n1. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate $50,600 from the\nARPA funds allocated to the Senior Trips and Events\nReimbursement Program to fund utilities for Esperanza Villa and\nSerenity Homes and make necessary budget adjustments; and\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate $22,500 from the\nARPA funds allocated to the Senior Trips and Events\nReimbursement Program to fund utilities for Serenity Homes and\nmake necessary budget adjustments if PLHA funds are not\napproved.
