8. Approve and Adopt Resolution No. 2023-043 of the City of Baldwin Park\nadopting an inventory report of excess, exempt, and non-exempt surplus\nland pursuant to government code section 50569.\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Accept the Inventory Report of excess, exempt and non-exempt\nsurplus lands, pursuant to Government Code 54221,\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 2023-043 entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE
