Conduct a Public Hearing and Adopt of Resolution No. 2023-040 "A\nResolution of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California,\nOrdering Vacationing of an Alley Between Bogart Avenue and Downing\nAvenue Pursuant to Streets and Highways Code 8300-8325."\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Hold a Public Hearing and consider all public testimony regarding\nthis matter; and,\n2. Waive further reading, read by title only and adopt Resolution No.\n2023-040 entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF\nTHE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING\nVACATIONING OF AN ALLEY BETWEEN BOGART AVENUE AND\nDOWNING AVENUE PURSUANT TO STREETS AND HIGHWAYS\nCODE 8300-8325.”
