B. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS. The City\nCouncil will meet in closed session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8\nregarding the sale of a portion of the City owned Parcel 44 as shown by Map on file\nin book 25, pages 66 and 67 of Records of Survey, Riverside County, California\n(0.28Acres) generally located at Golden West Avenue, east of Avenue Juan Bautista\nand north of Limonite Avenue to Rubidoux Community Services District to relocate\nthe existing booster station across the street. The negotiating parties are the City of\nJurupa Valley and Rubidoux Community Services District. Negotiators for the City\nare Rod Butler and Paul Toor. Under negotiation is the price and terms of payment\nfor the purchase.\n3. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
