FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACTOR\nSERVICES AGREEMENT – TEMPORARY\nSHELTER, INC Request for authorization to enter\ninto a First Amendment to the Contractor Services\nAgreement (“CSA”) with Temporary Shelter, Inc., to\nextend the operations of the Tustin Temporary\nEmergency Shelter (“TTES”) from July 1, 2024\nthrough June 30, 2026 and approve a fund\nappropriation for separate consulting services to\nevaluate long term- shelter options.\nRecommendation: The Tustin Housing Authority\nCommissioners take the following action: * Approve\nthe 1st Amendment to the Contractor Services\nAgreement between Temporary Shelter, Inc. and the\nCity of Tustin and Tustin Housing Authority. The City\nCouncil take the following actions: * Authorize the\nActing City Manager and Acting Housing Authority\nExecutive Director to execute the First Amendment\nto the Contractor Services Agreement with\nTemporary Shelter, Inc. to extend operations of the\nTustin Temporary Emergency Shelter, subject to any\nnon-substantive modifications as may be deemed\nnecessary and/or recommended by the City\nAttorney; and * Appropriate $100,000 from the\nGeneral Fund for City Attorney and consultants as\nneeded to assist in the evaluation, analysis, and\ndevelopment of long-term shelter options.\nAgenda Report
