2.C. Second Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)\nBetween the City of Corona and the City of Norco for Collaborative\nHomeless Programs and Services\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to approve the Second\nAmendment to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between\nthe City of Corona and the City of Norco for collaborative homeless\nservices for a maximum amount of $2,673,044 which includes\n$2,450,290 for the City Net scope of services for the term of July 1,\n2022 through September 30, 2025.\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to approve non-\nsubstantive amendments, including line-item adjustments and hourly\ncompensation rates within the approved program budget of Second\nAmendment to the MOU Between the City of Corona and the City of\nNorco.
