APPROVAL OF OPTION AGREEMENT FOR THE EXCHANGE OF REAL PROPERTY\nWITHIN THE HEART OF NORWALK PROJECT AREA - Staff recommends City Council:\na. find that the Option Agreement is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act\nGuidelines Section 15060(c)(3);\nb. approve the Option Agreement with Primestor Development, LLC for City-owned Assessor\nParcel Numbers 8056-015-900 and 8056-015-901 and grant the exclusive right to\nexchange for the property located at 13400 San Antonio Drive (Assessor Parcel Numbers\n8056-015-014 and 8056-015-016); and\nc. authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement, amendments and any documents in\nconnection with the Option Agreement provided there is funding in the budget, on behalf of\nthe City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nReport\nORAL COMMUNICATIONS
