9. 23-0108 Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. ITB CE-22-164 and award a\ncontract to Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Inc., dba All Phase\nElectric Supply Co, of Burbank, CA, and Walters Wholesale Electric, of\nLong Beach, CA, for furnishing and delivering as-needed Electrical\nSupplies, in an annual aggregate amount not to exceed $800,000, with a\n20 percent contingency in the amount of $160,000, for a total annual\naggregate amount not to exceed $960,000 for a period of two years, with\nthe option to renew for three additional one-year periods, at the discretion\nof the City Manager; and, authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute\nall documents necessary to enter into the contract, including any\nnecessary subsequent amendments.
