7. 23-51486 Recommendation to increase appropriations in the General Fund Group in the City\nManager Department by $6,863, offset by the First Council District One-Time\nDistrict Priority Funds, transferred from the Citywide Activities Department, to\nprovide donation to the following:\n1.
