1. Hearing on Annexation and Levying of Assessments for County Lighting\nDistricts in the Unincorporated Area of Ramona\nHearing on the annexation of Petition No. 5-323 (Tract 65943), located in the\nunincorporated area of Ramona (1), to County Lighting Maintenance District\n(CLMD)1687 and County Lighting District Landscaping and Lighting Act-1\n(CLD LLA-1), Unincorporated Zone; order changes to the Engineer’s Report, if\nneeded; order the tabulation of assessment ballots submitted and not withdrawn,\nin support of or in opposition to the proposed assessments, and if there is no\nmajority protest, adopt a resolution ordering the annexation of territory to CLMD\n1687 and CLD LLA-1, Unincorporated Zone, confirming a diagram and\nassessment and levying of assessments within the annexed territory for Fiscal\nYear 2025-26; and adopt joint resolutions between the Board and other taxing\nagencies approving and accepting the negotiated exchange of property tax\nrevenues resulting from the annexation of territory to CLMD 1687, as approved\nby the nonexempt taxing agencies.
