Hearing on Project No. 2018-000002, Los Angeles County General Plan\nAmendment\nHearing on Project No. 2018-000002-(All Districts), Advance Planning No.\nRPPL2023003022-(All Districts), to amend the Los Angeles County General\nPlan (General Plan) to incorporate the East Los Angeles, East Rancho\nDominguez, Florence-Firestone, and Willowbrook/West Rancho Dominguez\nCommunity Pedestrian Plans, and other minor technical revisions into "Step by\nStep Los Angeles County: Pedestrian Plans for Unincorporated Communities,"\na sub-element of the Mobility Element of the General Plan, as recommended by\nthe Regional Planning Commission; and certify that the Addendum to the\npreviously certified Final Mitigated Negative Declaration was completed in\ncompliance with the California Environmental Quality Act, and reflects the\nindependent judgment and analysis of the County; find that the Board has\nreviewed and considered the information contained in the Addendum and\napprove the Addendum.
