Approve and authorize the City Manager to award and execute a contract\nwith the lowest responsible/responsive bidder for the renovation of Stage\nRED (Bid No. DE-24-25-SB) in an amount not to exceed $1,400,000.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute any and all contract amendments\non behalf of the City of Fontana for the renovation of Stage RED.
