C. AUTHORIZATION TO ADOPT PLANS, BID PACKAGES, AND ADVERTISE\nBIDS FOR TEMPLE CITY PARK PROJECT AND LIVE OAK PARK PROJECT\nThe City Council is requested to authorize adoption of plans, bid packages, and\nbids advertisement for Temple City Park Project and Live Oak Park Project.\nRecommendation:\n1. Provide authorization for City Manager to adopt the plans and bid packages\nfor Temple City Park Project and Live Oak Park Project;\n2. Provide authorization to City Manager to advertise Temple City Park Project\nfor bids in January/February 2024 and advertise Live Oak Park Project for bids\nin March/April 2024;\n3. Authorize City Manager the ability to award the Temple City Park Project and\nLive Oak Park Project contract, if needed; and\n4. Receive and file bid results and award of contract for the Temple City Park\nProject and Live Oak Park Project at a future meeting.
