Receive and file the 20-Acre Park (CIP 099) Conceptual Plan and provide\nfeedback on the proposed design.\n2. Approve a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $255,000 to CIP 099.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the First Contract Amendment with\nArchiterra Design Group for including the 20-Acre Park Phase 2 design for a cost\nnot to exceed $107,925.\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Task Order with Placeworks, Inc., for\nthe preparation of CEQA Documents for the 20-Acre Park for a cost not to exceed\n$120,129.\n6
