Item 100: Authorize the Creation of the Citywide Homeless Shelters Project (CIP L-24002) to\nthe Capital Improvements Program and the Transfer of $1,050,000 from the\nInfrastructure Fund to CIP L-24002.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nAn estimated $8.2 million would be required for the site improvements and emergency\nshelter set-up under phase one. This action allocates $1.05 million to the initial phase of\nthe project, L-24002.1, from fiscal year 2024 funds, including $1,050,000 from Fund\n100012, Infrastructure Fund.
