13.x APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO CONTRACT NO. C43220 WITH 535\nFLOCK SAFETY FOR PHASE 3 OF A FIXED LOCATION AUTOMATED\nLICENSE PLATE RECOGNITION (ALPR) SYSTEM\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. C43220 with Flock\nSafety for Phase 3 of a fixed location Automated License Plate\nRecognition system in the amount of $40,000 in the first year and\n$33,000 each year thereafter, subject to annual budget\nappropriation.\n2. Authorize the City Attorney to make necessary, non-monetary\nchanges to the Agreement.\n3.
