Approve Amendment Number One to Reimbursement Agreement No. A9439, an\nagreement by and between the City of Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley\nAssociation of Governments, for the design and engineering services of the Indian\nCanyon Drive flood and blowsand improvements.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
