U. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE AMENDED AND RESTATED LEASE WITH\nARENAS ASSOCIATES DBA PALM SPRINGS FUDGE & CHOCOLATES LOCATED AT\n211 SOUTH PALM CANYON\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Amended and Restated Lease with Arenas\nAssociates dba Palm Springs Fudge & Chocolates to increase the amount of rent to\n$2,299.18 monthly.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to make minor non-substantive changes\nand execute all necessary documents.
