Y. APPROVE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 23B364 WITH GENESIS\nFLOOR COVERING, INC. FOR ON-CALL FLOORING REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT\nSERVICES FOR PALM SPRINGS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Contract Services Agreement 23B364 with Genesis Floor Covering, Inc. to\nprovide on-call flooring repair and replacement services for the Palm Springs\nInternational Airport in an amount not to exceed $600,000 for the initial three-year\nterm beginning January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2026, with two one-year\nextension options at the City’s sole discretion.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute all necessary documents.
