APPROVE COOPERATIVE PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH SHADE STRUCTURES,\nINC., DBA USA SHADE & FABRIC STRUCTURES, FOR THE PURCHASE AND\nINSTALLATION OF SHADE STRUCTURES FOR THE PALM SPRINGS\nINTERNATIONAL AIRPORT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Cooperative Purchase Agreement No. 23C366 with Shade Structures Inc.\ndba USA Shade & Fabric Structures to provide shade structures and installation for\nthe Palm Springs International Airport for a one-year term in an amount not to\nexceed $ 247,633.89.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
