L. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION, SAN RAFAEL DRIVE AND\nAVENIDA CABALLEROS, CITY PROJECT NO. 20-33\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Accept the public works improvement identified as Installation of the Traffic Signal\nInstallation, San Rafael Drive and Avenida Caballeros, City Project No. 20-33, as\ncompleted in accordance with the plans and specifications.\n2. Authorize the City Engineer to execute and file for recordation with the Riverside\nCounty Recorder a Notice of Completion for installation of the Traffic Signal\nInstallation, San Rafael Drive and Avenida Caballeros, City Project No. 20-33.
