J. ACCEPTANCE OF INSTALLATION OF THE SKYLIGHT RAILINGS, CITY PROJECT\n18-20\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Accept the public works improvement identified as installation the Skylight Railings,\nCity Project No. 18-20, as completed in accordance with the plans and\nspecifications; and\n2. Authorize the City Engineer to execute and file for recordation with the Riverside\nCounty Recorder a Notice of Completion for installation of Skylight Railings, City\nProject No. 18-20.
