ALHADDAD]:\nThe City Council will consider a second\namendment for the Agreement for Services\nwith Q Press for the design, printing, and\nmailing of the Rec Reader to increase the not-\nto-exceed amount and extend the term of the\nAgreement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve\nAmendment No. 2 to the Agreement for\nServices with Q Press to increase the amount\nof the Agreement by $79,307.00, for a new\ntotal not-to- exceed amount of $328,866.64;\nand extend the term of the Agreement by 12\nmonths from January 1, 2024 to December\n31, 2024; and 2) Authorize the City Manager\nor designee to execute documents incident to\nthe Agreement.\nSTAFF REPORT
