5.D. DOCKLESS MICRO-MOBILITY (E-BIKES\nAND E-SCOOTERS) PROGRAM UPDATE\n[N. MARICICH, F. CONTRERAS, P.\nPORTWOOD, D. RIVAS, V. ADOMAITIS, M.\nCROWDER, N. MCCLINTON, S.\nCAMPBELL, V. GUARINO, B. BORTFELD,\nC. WAGMAN]:\nThe City Council will receive an update on the\nDockless Micro-mobility Program, including\ninformation on implementing the next phase of\nthe program.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Receive an update\non the Dockless Micro-mobility Program; 2)\nExtend the current Program Operating\nAgreements through March 31, 2024, while\nthe City Manager finalizes and executes the\nnew agreements with the proposed revised\nprogram operating requirements as\nrecommended in this report. The proposed\ndraft new agreement is attached to this report,\nand the City Manager is authorized to execute\nthe final agreements on behalf of the City in\nsubstantially the same form as attached with\nany additional direction provided by the City\nCouncil. The new agreements will be in effect\nstarting April 1, 2024 through September 30,\n2025 (18 months) as previously approved by\nCouncil; and 3) Amend and extend the\nAgreement for Services with ABM through\nJune 2024 and to increase the not-to-exceed\namount by an additional $76,000 to continue\nfleet services and operation management on a\nsupplemental basis while transitioning to the\nnew revised operating agreements.\nSTAFF REPORT\nITEM 5.D. - ATTACHMENT A\nITEM 5.D. - ATTACHMENT B\nITEM 5.D. - ATTACHMENT C\nPUBLIC CORRESPONDENCE 12.14.23\n6.
