5.B. AWARD OF AGREEMENT TO PCN3, INC.\nFOR CIP NO. 57-02, HOMEKEY PHASE 2\nRESTORATION OF EXISTING HOLLOWAY\nMOTEL [S. CAMPBELL, H. COLLINS]:\nThis City Council will consider awarding an\nAgreement to PCN3, Inc. for the restoration of\nthe City owned property at 8464 Holloway\nDrive (formally 8465 Santa Monica Blvd. -\nHolloway Motel) to be used as a transitional\nhousing facility.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve a\nconstruction contract with PCN3, Inc., in the\namount of $8,707,815 for the construction of\nCIP No. 57-02, Homekey Phase 2 Restoration\nof Existing Holloway Motel and authorize the\nCity Manager or designee to execute\ndocuments incident to the Agreement; 2)\nAuthorize the Facilities and Field Services\nDivision Manager to approve change orders to\nthe construction Agreement in an amount not\nto exceed 20% ($1,741,563) of the total\nAgreement amount; 3) Authorize the Director\nof Finance and Technology Services to\nallocate $7,060,000 from the unallocated\nreserves in the 301 Capital Projects fund\nreserves for restoration of the existing\nHolloway Motel and related services; and 4)\nAdopt Resolution No. 23-________, "A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF\nTHE CITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD\nAPPROVING THE DESIGN AND PLANS\nFOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CIP 57-02,\nHOMEKEY PHASE 2 RESTORATION OF\nEXISTING HOLLOWAY MOTEL, PURSUANT\nTO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 830.6."\nSTAFF REPORT\nITEM 5.B. - ATTACHMENT A\nITEM 5.B. - ATTACHMENT B
