2.P. AMENDMENT TO HDL COREN & CONE\nAGREEMENT TO EXTEND TIME AND ADD\nDIRECT ASSESSMENT SERVICES [L.\nQUIJANO, A. RUIZ, B. ROSEN]:\nCouncil will consider approving amendments\nwith HdL COREN & CONE to annually renew\nthe Property Tax Roll Services, maintenance\nof the City’s database, and add the Direct\nAssessment Module to the City’s existing\nProperty Tax Services agreement #008599.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve\nAmendment No. 3 to the HdL COREN &\nCONE to add an annual renewal to the: a.\nAnnual Property Tax Roll Services including\nthe maintenance of the CITY's database,\nlistings of property tax appeals and transfers\nand consultation regarding property tax\nrevenues for $15,900 per fiscal year, b. Add\nDirect Assessment Services including $3,600\nto setup Direct Assessment Datasets,\n$10,000, if needed, for custom work to prepare\nCity Engineer and Assessment Franchisor\nReports, and $0.60 per assessment per parcel\nper fiscal year; and 2) Authorize the City\nManager or his designee to execute\ndocuments incident to the Agreement.\nSTAFF REPORT
