Recreation Facility Security Camera Project, Additional Funding Request\nRecommendation: that the City Council approve the use of American Rescue Plan Act\n(ARPA) funding in the amount of $3,433.00 to be paid to Blue Violet Networks for: 1)\ntwo DVR cabinets and related electrical work at Hopper and Rudolph parks and; 2)\nmounting of one existing DVR at Hogan Park and necessary electrical work to complete\nthe State grant-funded Recreation Facility Security Camera Replacement Project.
