10. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH NORTHERN DIGITAL, INC.,\nTETRA TECH AND WEST YOST FOR ON-CALL SUPERVISORY CONTROL AND\nDATA ACQUISITION INTEGRATION SERVICES\nRecommendation:\n1. Authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute Professional Services Agreements\nand future amendments with Northern Digital, Inc., Tetra Tech and West Yost, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\n2. Authorize the Director of Administrative Services, or designee, to issue annual\npurchase orders to these firms, in an amount not to exceed $500,000, on an\nas-needed basis.
